Frequently asked questions about the subscription
Is the free tier time-limited?
No. Free is free forever: unlimited detection, unlimited register, unlimited CSV and JSON exports. Nothing expires, no card is requested.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly means ten months paid for twelve: €190 per year for Solo (instead of €228), €490 per year for Agency (instead of €588). It renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe portal.
What happens if I cancel?
Your tier reverts to Free at the end of the period already paid. Your register, history and generated exports stay on your machine: they are yours, and the extension hosts them nowhere.
Where does my money go, and what data transits?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Our licence backend, hosted in Germany, only stores an opaque licence key, the billing email and the matching Stripe identifiers. No part of your register is ever transmitted: it never leaves your browser.
Can I change tier?
Yes, from the extension options or the Stripe portal. Moving from Solo to Agency is immediate and prorated.
